Barbara K. Faringer
Barbara (Klein) Faringer, 88, of Salfordville, widow of the late Dr. David R. Faringer, Jr., died Sunday, in her residence.
Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Walter S. and Katharine N. (Rudy) Klein.
She was a member of Old Goshenhoppen Reformed UCC Church. In her ealier years she was a registered nurse, where she met her late husband. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved her family, her farm and loved nature and open land.
Surviving are six daughters, Judith A. Faringer of Schwenksville, Nancy J. Cressman and husband, Edward of Telford, Linda K. Faringer of Salfordville, Deborah L. Tregea and husband, David of Grantville, Barbara S. Bradley and husband, Thomas of Ypsilanti, MI, Patricia G. Jones and husband, Jon of Fort Worth, TX.
Services are private. Arrangements are by Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Montgomery County Lands Trust, 690 Harleysville Pike, Lederach, PA 19450 or mclt.org or made to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Ave. Sellersville, PA 18960.
