Arthur C. Baumann, 83, of Zionsville, passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem. He was the loving husband of Ann M. (Dillman) Baumann, sharing 62 years of marriage together.
Born in Darby, PA, he was a son of the late William H. and Anna (Bernhart) Baumann.
Arthur was a 1955 graduate of Darby High School, served in the Naval Reserves for six years and an operator for Philadelphia Electric for 30 years before retiring.
He was a member of Grace E.C. Church of Hosensack and his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
Surviving along with his wife, are his four children, Deborah A., wife of Gerald Siegfried of Zionsville, Donna M., wife of John Chobot of Mertztown, Linda J., wife of Scott Kozak of Hurley, NY and Denise L., wife of Brian Fronheiser of Topton; nine grandchildren, Melissa, wife of Ethan, Mandi, Michele, wife of Michael, Megan, Timothy, Lauren, Erica, Heidi, wife of Talyn and Sara; three great-grandchildren, Hope, Brody and Maeve; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, William Baumann, Helen Kracher and Elsie Jones.
A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Grace E.C. Church Hosensack, 7609 Buhman Road, Zionsville, PA 18092. Cremation services entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA.
