Anna Christina (Madsen) Guenkel, 91, widow of Albert Lewis Guenkel, of Quakertown, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013 at Independence Court, Quakertown.
Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late John Andrew and Anna Willamina (Nyberg) Guenkel.
Anna loved to sew and her family.
Surviving are her brothers, Walter Madsen of Coopersburg and Malvin Madsen and wife, Elizabeth of Port St. Lucie, Florida. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son, Andrew Albert Guenkel.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville. PA 18041. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation from 10: 00 am until 11:00 am Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Rosyln, PA.
