Anna A. (Duklis) Bogdon, 87, wife of the late Anthony J. Bogdon, of Allentown and formerly of Pennsburg and Red Hill, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Devon House of Allentown.
Born in Palm, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Constance (Zdinis) Duklis.
She worked for many years retiring in 1989 from the former Pennsburg Clothing Company where she was a Sewing Machine Operator.
Anna was a lifelong member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church of Pennsburg; where she formerly served on the Altar and Rosary Society and volunteered with BINGO.
Surviving are two daughters, Jean A., wife of Bruce I. Gerhart of Barto and Christine, wife of John Gibble of Zionsville; a brother, Peter Duklis and wife, Peggy of Pennsburg; grandchildren, Michael A. Gibble and wife, Amanda of Westminister, MD and Beth A., wife of John Zech of Downingtown and three great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Ryker and Connor. She was predeceased by a brother Charles Duklis.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 20, 2014 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday at the Church.
