Amy S. Styer, 94, of Richmond, California and formerly of East Greenville, died on Saturday, January 5, 2013 in Doctor's Medical Center, San Pablo, California.
Born in East Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Annie (Dimmig) Styer.
Amy was a 1936 graduate of East Greenville High School and was a US Navy Veteran serving as a WAVE during World War II. She worked for 18 years as a bookkeeper at AMFAC in Oakland, California before retiring in 1983.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and was predeceased by 10 brothers and sisters.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2013 at the Chapel at St. Philip Neri Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Burial follows in New Goshenhoppen Cemetery, East Greenville. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church chapel.
