Amelia "Candy" Fagnani

December 25, 1944 — November 2, 2024

Amelia B. Fagnani, affectionately known as "Candy," passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024. She was 79 years old.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Mary (Della Camera) Fagnani. After graduating from West Catholic Girls High School in 1962, she pursued her passion for education by earning a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Glassboro State in 1980. Though her career path led her to the banking industry, where she excelled in collections at National Penn Bank, she still nurtured her calling by helping young minds in the community through her tutoring services.

Devoted to her faith, Candy was an active member of Community Bible Fellowship of Red Hill and made a profound impact on every church she graced with her presence. She led engaging Bible studies not only at churches but also at Pennsburg Manor, where she shared her wisdom and love for scripture with others.

Known for her great sense of humor and warm personality, Candy touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion. Her dedication to her community and her unwavering faith served as an inspiration to all who crossed her path.

Her impact on the lives she touched will be a lasting legacy cherished by her surviving relatives, including her sister, Nicki Miscenic and husband, Milan; brother, Joseph Fagnani and wife, Heather; nieces, Melanie Carter and Jenni Wenhold and husband, Richard; nephew, Michael Fagnani and wife, Mercedes Villar; and great-nieces and nephews, Roe, Kaitlyn, Hope, Nicholas, Gregg, Matias, and Lucas. She is predeceased by a sister, Nettye Thatford, and a nephew, Edward Miscenic.
