Obituary for Delue M. Moyer (Vogt)
Delue M. (Vogt) Moyer, 76, widow of James L. Moyer, of Pennsburg, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
Born in Pottstown, PA she was the daughter of the late John L. and Garaldine M. (Miller) Vogt.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by everyone who knew her. She made friends wherever she went and always put other people’s concerns ahead of her own. She also loved animals.
Surviving are her son, Steven K. Moyer and wife, Lisa of East Stroudsburg; three grandchildren, Amanda Handschuh, Ryan Peters and Stephanie Moyer; a great-grandson, Cole Peters; a sister, Barbara Humphrey of Stowe, half-sister, Margie Deitz of SC; and a half-brother Ronald Stozer of Pottstown.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 15, 2018 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Applebachsville, 837 Old Bethlehem Road Quakertown, PA 18951. Burial will follow in church cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the church prior to the service.
