Conrad F.  Kozak
Conrad F. Kozak, 81, of Pennsburg, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at home. He was the husband of Carolyn (Hillbish) Kozak celebrating 28 years of marriage in October.

Born in Gilbertsville, PA, he was a son of the late Adolf J. and Anna (Budnick) Kozak.

Conrad was a 1955 graduate of Pottstown High School. He worked as a tool and die maker for Proto Cast for over 25 years and then Doehler Jarvis for 14 years before retiring in 1998.

He enjoyed farming, working with wood and gardening.

Surviving along with his wife, are his children, David A. Kozak and fiancé, Terry Wakefield of Albrightsville, PA, Jeffrey B. Kozak and wife, Janet of Quakertown, PA, and Kris E., wife of David Iman of Zionsville, PA; step-children, Richard L. Wolf and wife, Virginia of Lyons, PA, Gary L. Wolf and wife, Rhonda of FL, Dawn L., wife of Michael Stump of Oley, PA, and Troy L. Wolf and wife, Jessica of Bernville, PA; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, John Kozak and wife, Bertha of Pottstown; and sisters, Barbara Rapchinski of Pottstown and Yvonne, wife of Eugene Herr of DE.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Mary Worobetz.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Rd., Pennsburg, PA 18073 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 9:30 to 10:45 am at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA.
