Obituary for Nikolaj "Nick" Tonkonoh
Nikolaj Tonkonoh, 71, husband of Teresa D. (Weller) Tonkonoh of Souderton died on March 21, 2017 at home.
Born in Wiesbaden, Germany, he was the son of the late Iwan and Nadia (Resnitschanko) Tonkonoh.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a graduate of Kutztown University then earned a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Villanova University.
Nick worked as a Statistician for Merck for 43 years until his retirement and loved his dogs, Newton, Raz and Dukey.
Surviving along with his wife are three sisters, Tatjana “Tot”, wife of Bruce Schantz of Pennsburg, Walentina “Walli”, wife of Andrew Henry of East Greenville and Halina, wife of the late Robert Skelding of Center Valley.
Cremation services are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville PA 18041. Offer sympathy to the family on our website at mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
