Obituary for Charles N. Christman

Charles Neil Christman, 63, husband of Betty Renninger, of Red Hill, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016 at Grand View Hospital.

Born in Sellersville, he was a son of Doris I. (Walter) and the late Richard “Dick” Heacock, of Green Lane and the late Charles L. Christman.

Charles was a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School and served in the United States Navy during Vietnam. He loved to travel and worked many different jobs throughout the years.

Charles loved to write poetry, fish, hike and being outside. He and Betty loved spending time at Green Lane Park.

He will be sadly missed by his mother; wife of eleven years; two children, Robert Muth and his wife, Janessa of Zionsville and Heather, wife of Richard Dries of Hamburg; Sisters, Linda, wife of Gary Rutherford of Green Lane and Robin, wife of Charles “Bob” Rhoads of Boyertown; five grandchildren, Damion, Shelby, Imagine, Julian and Jaden and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Doris Ann Linzy.

Celebration of Life Gathering will be on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11 am in the Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimersville Road, Emmaus, PA 18049. Offer sympathy to the family at our website www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
