Obituary for Peggy Jo Light (Seals)
Peggy Jo Light, 73, wife of Ronald E. Light, of Red Hill, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016 at home.
Born in Morristown, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Wilson and Hazel (Young) Seals.
Peggy worked as a travel agent for Wainwright, Liberty and Travel Gallery in Quakertown for 15 years.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Peggy was an avid reader, loved bowling, shooting pool and crochet.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 56 years, are three children, Chet Light, & wife, Kelly, of Gilbertsville, Mark Light, & wife, Jennifer, of Quakertown, Ann Steinman, of Pennsburg, sisters; Mattie Noe, & husband, Doug; Barbara Jarnigan, & husband, Dean, and Wanda Lovin all of Morristown, Tennessee; and 7 Grandchildren, Connor, Sabrina, Marcus, Cole, Jenna, Jordan, and Ava.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service. Offer sympathy to the family at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
