Theresa M. (Guerin) Van Buren Lensinck, 64, wife of Musta Van Buren Lensinck, of Green Lane, died January 20, 2013 at Manor Care in Montgomeryville.

She was a daughter of the late John J. and Florence (Belles) Guerin.

Surviving are her two sons, Vincent J. Van Buren and wife, Jennifer R. of Georgetown, TX; William D. Van Buren Lensnick of Green Lane; a brother John Guerin and wife, Barbara of Gladwynn; three grandsons Owen, Spenser and Harrison.

A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg.
